First dose today, just a minute ago on world aids day

So ... A year after diagnose, i have my first dose today, just a minute ago. Hopefully the side effect is not so bad.
I am prescribed tdf/3tc/efv , 4 pills but once a day.

I am healthy in general, cd4 around 350 and vl around 20k.

Please wish me luck :-)

Yes, that's my intention.
I have noticed 2 typos in my previous post which is not normal.
Could it be "drunk" feeling due to meds?

Let's see how 2nd dose go.

It's not that, I promise you. It's just nerves, and yes it does make you feel drunk....... for the first week or so when you take it, that's why you take it when you're going to bed (assuming it's Atripla). I had a dream that my missionary sister and I built a tunnel to Mexico from Ohio my first night on atripla, it was so vivid I felt the sun burning my skin in my dream. Pretty cool, but after a while the vividness goes away. Especially if you wait two hours after a meal to take your medication and wait at least an hour again before eating.

You are right. My 2nd dose likes nothing, i feel completely normal.
