Really Worried, please advise!!!

Could you please advise me on the situation below.
 
1)I went to a massage place before 12 days where I received a hand job from a lady. I too touched her vagina and now I am freaking out very badly if any vaginal fluid got to my fingers and I immediately touched the urethra of my penis. 
I had no cuts or sores on my hand, not sure about the lady's hand as it was dark!
 No Vaginal, Oral or Anal Sex, Nothing! The whole episode was only of 15 minutes.

Does this lead to any risk of HIV transmission?
 
2)I am now not been able to concentrate in my relationship, I haven't had a sex after this with my gf in worry that I might pass it to her? This is leading to a big problem in our relationship and I can't tell her the truth.

3) I have got few red bumps on my body, some of them are flat and some are bumpy, to be honest I always had them, they come and go, no itching, burning or anything!  Shall I be worried about this?

Nothing that you described was in ANY WAY an HIV concern.

HIV is a very fragile virus, and could no more survive (layman term for "remaining viable") on your finger than an eyeball exposed to the environment of deep space.

Your ONLY risk for HIV infection, sexually, are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. Nothing else. No mater what.

I absolutely agree with JK when he said you were not at risk during any of the activities you're worried about.

Regarding your girlfriend, you should only be having unprotected intercourse with her if you have BOTH tested for all STIs together.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST FOR HIV SPECIFICALLY OVER A HANDJOB OR TOUCHING A VAGINA BEFORE TOUCHING YOURSELF, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

I feel a lot better now.

Ann, we both have been tested for all the STIs including HIV before 3 months and all negative!

I am only worried about this particular exposure! so If I understand your response correctly, I don't need an HIV test but I should get other STI test done and if they are negative, I am very safe to resume my sex life with my gf?

Also what's the best time to get these test done?

You really don't need to test for any STIs following the activities you took part in. You're letting your guilt over having strayed from your relationship get the better of you - knock it off.

No need to test anything based on this exposure, I know my partner's status (all negative) and I had no other exposure, Surely I can go ahead and resume my normal sex activities with her?

Yes, you can resume your regular sex life with your girlfriend. Dump the guilt over getting a handjob and touching a woman's genitals at a massage parlour. That's all this is about - feeling guilty over letting someone else touch your dick. As I said yesterday, knock it off.
