The Stones were FANTASTIC!

Went and saw the Stones last night and that was the best concert I have been too! My brother went also and he saw the Stones in the early 80s and he said they were better last night.

We had floor seats and I danced and sang the whole 2.5 hours they were on. I had so much fun! It was an outdoor concert and the weather was perfect for it. Their stage which took a few days to assemble was awesome. I think the paper said it was brought in by 30 semis and was 7 stories high. I could feel the heat when the flames shot out of the stage. At the end of the concert fireworks shot out of the top.

They sang most of of their classics and a few new ones I have never heard. The funniest part was when Mick grabbed a guitar and said this is especially for you Wichita, and then he sang a few lines of The Wichita Lineman.

Let me tell you for guys over 60 they put on one hell of a concert. I bet some 20 yr olds would have a hard time keeping up with them. It was well worth the money.

Glad to hear you had a great time Teresa...I was fifteen the last time I saw a Stones concert...many, many years ago... ;)

Basquo...I hope you enjoy the show as much as Teresa did.
