Life is slowly returning to normal. I received new lab values after three months of treatment. I feel fine. Haven't missed a day of work. Thank you all for your support!
4/24/06 Tested HIV+ with thrombocytopenia (very low blood platelets)
4/28/06 VL 40,800 CD4 339 17%, Platelets 10,000 Started Truvada & Sustiva & Received IVIG Therapy
5/05/06 Platelets 26,000
6/01/06 VL 181, CD4 342 19%, Platelets 27,000
8/04/06 VL undetectable (yay), CD4 301 20%, Platelets 31,000, Liver, kidney function tests normal, cholesterol 115.
8/05/06 Sigh of relief...

Hello Barto, it is Eldon. Your percentage went up and that is a good thing. Remember to take your meds as prescribed by your doctor, eat healthy and get plenty of rest.
