:o  My friend has told me that a doctor in Dallas is doing Silicone Treatments in the face for Lipo and charging 500 dollars a vial.    I was wondering what the side effects of Silicone are?  Several people have told me not to get Silicone as it will eventually start to sag and make the face looked warped vs maybe a filler.      I am seeking out advice on what option i should do.   I have had Sculptura treatments but Sculptura is no longer providing me that assistance and my face is beginning to sink back in giving me that skeletal look that makes me look hideous.     Also, i am developing or it's been there for awhile, a fatty double chin.    I want to get rid of it but what doctor do i seek out?   Would Medicare/Medicaid cover this procedure or is it purely cosmetic.   Sry for all the questions, but if you can answer just one, go ahead.   Thank you very much. :o

1) if you're on Medicare then Sculptra treatments are now covered as of the end of March

click here for instructions and coding to forward to your physician

2) as far as I know, even if you could somehow prove that your double chin is a lipo-related issue I have not heard of Medicare covering anything like that

Here's a pic of the doc that did my silicone injections.  I'm getting more later this year... just can't get any time off work to get in there.

He's told me his face is pumped full of the stuff... so take a look and use your better judgement.  He's 63.
