condom burst while intercourse with a sex worker

May i please seek your assistance in understanding if whether i can be infected with HIV /STD after a condom burst during an intercourse.

Just light night itself i had sex with one of the sex workers in UAE, while having the intercourse i had turned the girl on her back and started humping her from the top.  before this the condom she make me wore so not of great quality moreover she sucked my dick with it on for some time.

Soon within a minute of entering her that way i started to feel some pain and took my dick out to realize there was a condom burst while it was inside the the ladies organ.

Neither of us reacted much about it at that time and further reached the climax with a new condom.

Later after the session, the devil inside my mind gave me a flash of all the consequences this might result in.

I seek your advise what should be my next step ahead and what are the possibilities of her passing the infection if any,

Your risk is very much on the low end of the scale, but you would be wise to test to make sure you haven't been infected.

Hiv is more difficult to transmit from a woman to a man and the brief time you were inside her is highly unlikely to result in transmission. I have yet to see the insertive partner end up hiv positive following a condom break and I do not expect you to be the first.

The earliest you should test is at six weeks. The vast majority of people who have actually been infected will seroconvert and test positive by six weeks, with the average time to seroconversion being only 22 days.

A six week negative is highly unlikely to change, but must be confirmed at the three month point.

I fully expect you to come out of this ok, but you should test to make certain.
