Hi,

No, The flu shot never wiped me out. I get one annually. In fact, just signed up last night at work for it. So it looks as though , I will be getting it within the next couple weeks or so.

I think when receiving the shot, the best thing to do is to not be all tensed up as some people are when getting a shot. That way the arm won't get as sore.

As far as the H1N1, we will be notified when that becomes available. My co-worker that relieves me in the morning, failed to come in this morning. She got violently ill yesterday afternoon, and hasn't been feeling well , for the past week. Hope it's nothing serious, like the flu.

If you just posted about neurological issues in April, why are you making the leap here that it's related to a recent flu shot?

I have never had any issues with the flu vaccine, but my bf is always very tired over the next 2-3 days following the flu shot.
