Condom and oral sex

Good morning friends,
My name is Minh and I'm from Vietnam. Reading all of subjects on your website, I think that :
- All of point of view of the experts here is HIV will be transmitted when people let the virus go inside the body such as : unsafe sexsual or blooding transmittal.
- If you have contact ouside a HIV people even thought has a unprotected oral sex or let your sore contact with his/her blood, it'll ok and there is no any HIV risk.
Dear all the experts, is my thinking right ?
Because your point of view is quite different than most of doctors in my country so I open the topic to understand more about HIV risky.
Besides that, may I ask you some questions ?
- Is there any symptom with a person who have just infected HIV ? I read HIV document in my country and it list some symptoms may be happend from 2-4 first weeks : influenza, swollen nucleus, diarrhea ...
- In my country, they said that if you have a negative HIV test after six first weeks, you can make sure that you don't be infected by HIV
Is it right ?
- There are some bad men who infected HIV and they used syringe which has their blood to inject people with the purpose transmitt HIV virus. How long HIV virus can be alive in our environment ?
- Five weeks ago, I have an unprotected with a girl. She sucked me until I ejaculated. If there is blood inside her mouth, can the blood bring HIV virus into my body via the small hole on the top of my penis?

OK. You're sort of all over the place with your questions and speculations.

I recommend you read our lesson on transmission. It will give you all of the basics. There's a link to that lesson in the Welcome thread which opens this section.

From what you have written as far as I can gather most of what you are asking is speculation rather than any actual experiences except for getting a blowjob. I can tell you that in the entire history of the epidemic there has never been a documented case of someone becoming infected from receiving a blowjob. So it's safe to say you aren't going to make history by becoming the first. That was no risk and no testing is needed.

Now, read that lesson on transmission to get the other basics.

Dear all,
Is there any one make me clear about two question ?
1. When you perform oral sex with no protection, if we compare between two case : do it until ejaculate and do it but don't ejaculate, which case has more risk be infected HIV virus ? In CDC web site, they confirm that unprotect oral sex is a HIV risk.
2. When the condom are using but if it's broken, is there any sound ?

If you are the one whose penis is being sucked, there is absolutely NO hiv risk to you. It doesn't matter if you ejaculate or not. Getting a blowjob is NOT a risk for hiv. Never has been, never will be. Not one person has EVER been infected this way and you won't be the first.

Many websites lump all oral into one group, but even GIVING a blowjob is more a theoretical risk than one that happens in the real world.

There have been long-term studies of couples where one is positive and one is negative. In the couples who used condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, but no barrier for oral activities, not one of the negative partners became infected with hiv. Not one.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

While you DO NOT need to test over a blowjob, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms, correctly and consistently for anal or vaginal intercourse, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
