Going hectic on this end. Do not know what to do anymore. As I posted before with my boyfriend being violent, I cant take it and I need to move out, but can not move out due to my mom, I dont want her to know my "secret". I met a guy and was talking to him, but he says he doesnt know if he can take the risk of HIV. He is negative and I understand it. Im 22 years old, what the hell have I done wrong in my life to have all of this after me?

are you still living with your BF's dad with the guns who wants to shot Obama?
what steps have you taken to change that situation?

is this the same boyfriend doing drugs and being a bitch in March? Then the one that choked you in Sept during a fit of rage?
What sort of steps have you taken in the last 3 months to get him help or to get yourself out of that bad situation?

can't you get a friend (m/f) to be a roommate, or do you have to live with a BF/FB?

and finally, in the long run, which is worse? Your mom finding out or your BF beating you up?

This story could do with filling out a bit as I can't work out what the issues are exactly with so little to go on.

D, sorry to hear to have to go through this on top of dealing with HIV. Obviously, this is not good in so many ways.

I don't have much to go on in your situation, but one thing jumped out at me...your mom. How do you know your mother would take the news badly? Chances are you may be surprised. I thought my mom would flip, but in the end she has been one of the best supporters I have in my arsenal.

There are people who can help you with this.  You can find them on the net by googling your location and "gay domestic violence" I'm not sure exactly where you live, but I think you have mentioned south Florida.   Here's a 24 hour helpline that looks like it is based in Broward county.
