Helloooooo graduation!
« on: August 26, 2006, 03:51:31 am »
Well after ten years of being out of high school, this bitch finally finished his degree.  As of today I am officially a college graduate.  I'm going to go back in January to up it from an AS to a BSN, but I interviewed at a hospital here in Jacksonville last Thursday.  They've been calling me the last couple of days getting reference information, so hopefully that's a good thing!  I hope everyone is doing well and in good health.  I look forward to the day that I live on my own and can be more active with the AIDSmeds community (not living under the watchful eye of the parents).

Lots of love,

Sky
Poz since 2003.

Congratulations and well done Sky.  If the hospital is checking out your references, then indeed that is a good sign.

Best of luck to you!

Congratulations. What a great feeling of accomplishment for you. I was told the college experiences teaches you how to learn for the rest of your life. I hope you find that is so. Best of luck in hearing from the hospital regarding work.
