Scared of frottage?

I know that frottage is not considered as a risk of HIV transmission.
But how about the case of frottage with menstrual blood and there were possible abrasions during frottage. Is it still NO RISK ?
My incident: i went to a massage shop and received frottage from a girl. She rubbed her vagina against my penis. The light was too dark so that i don't know whether she had menstrual blood or not.
After 4 weeks since incident, i had a Determine HIV-1/2 test and the result is negative.

Frottage is not a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever been infected this way and you aren't going to be the first. Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus which is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the human body.

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST OVER THIS FROTTAGE INCIDENT, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Did you answer mean that: HIV is a fragile, so HIV virus which consist in menstrual blood will be deactivated when the menstrual blood come out human body ?

Yes. When hiv finds itself outside the body, small changes in temperature and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect.

Frottage is not a risk for hiv infection. Make sure you use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Sorry for bothering you again.
I know you are busy in answering the other questions, but please help me again.
I'm now living alone(studying abroad), so easily being stressed. The day before yesterday, some friends of mine in this country invited me to another massage shop (seem to be more dangerous than my last incident) and i denied because i always remember your advice "Just remember to always use condoms for intercourse and you'll be just fine where HIV is concerned.".

Now here is my question : i read some information such as "HIV can live in dried blood outside human body for several hours".  Is this right ? It makes me think that: HIV which contain in menstrual blood outside human body are not easily died. And it makes frottage becomes a low risk other than no risk .

Luckily, i don't have any symptoms since my last incident.

NO! Hiv absolutely cannot live in dried blood. I've already told you that when hiv finds itself outside the body, small changes in temperature and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. Hiv does not remain able to infect when outside the body.

There is plenty of misinformation on the internet where hiv is concerned. I suggest you stop searching around for information, because chances are good that you'll find things that are just plain wrong. If you want correct information, read this website.
