I met a guy and we started dating. we both got tested together and both were negative.
we decided not to use a condom anymore.
he admitted to me recently that a week before we slept together he went to a bath house drunk, smoked meth for the first time and was fucked by 5 guys raw. he said no one came in him. he also topped a guy there raw.
i broke up with him.
I guess my main question here is; how long after he was topped raw could he be infected and therefor contagious for me to have caught HIV from him ?
does it take a certain amount of time before it is contagious? we were only together about 2 weeks....
I only topped him and we fucked about 6 times. I am uncut too, i heard that can increase my chances?
im freaking out in my mind.

You did have a risk for HIV and you will need to test . You can test 6 weeks past the last time you had unprotected sex and again at 3 months to confirm your results .
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

does anyone know how long after exposure it takes for hiv to become contagious enough to give to another person?

The average time to seroconversion is 22 days. All but the smallest number of those who are going to seroconvert will do so within 4-6 weeks after an exposure to the virus.
I'm recommending a full STD panel as well as HIV testing at the appropriate time because you don't know the persons history other than what he told you , he may not have been honest with you .

thanks for ur reply. i will go get tested in 3 months. I am trying to understand what seroconversion is but after googling it i am still not clear, can you explain what that means in simple terms? thank you so much

seroconversion , the change of a seronegative test from negative to positive, indicating the development of antibodies in response to immunization or infection.
The time it takes to produce antibody's can be longer than the time you become infectious , that's why the window period exist to factor in the risk of the last possible exposure to the 6 week mark for the first HIV and again waiting 3 months post exposure to confirm the results .
Its possible to be infected with HIV and test negative if you were to test before sufficient time to produce antibody's , that's why the window period exist .

You seriously need to learn from this. You need to be in a strictly monogamous relationship for at least three months before you allow negative hiv test results to influence your decision to go bareback. You need to be using condoms for the first three months - no exceptions.
Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
