Title: where is the best place to get a treatment in Thailand?

There are private doctors and public clinics that provide HIV treatment. Try the Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Centre, (662) 256-4107,9 FAX 254-7577, who will point you in the right direction. Or Chiang Mai University or Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok Noi,  Bankok,  10700.
