Any opinion I appreciate

I need your opinion about this:
I had mutual masturbation with a gay (unknown status) but each time with condom.
No anal, no oral, no kissing and any direct fluid exchange.
During that, he was touching my balls, also I touch his, bit touching of the penis skin (after condom the free part - mutual touch).
No touch afterward to non part of the body and each were finishing its own condom.
Yesterday we masturbate without condoms and we where touching only the skin of the penises and our balls, but no the heads, and there was no fluid exchange, no cuts, no blood.
I shaved my penis totally yesterday and after 2 hours done that with him.
Maybe during this there was some small fluid exchange but not direct, like penis docking or similar stuff, only what has left on his/my hand but only the skin no head touch or rubbing or what so ever.
Today I got small blisters on my upper lip and some small red bumps on my tongue.
I try to search in the Net if it is HSV-1, but seems not. I do not know.
Maybe I am asking in wrong place but…
Maybe it is funny (and I do know this), but, is there any chance in this way for HIV transmit, and do I need test? I need your opinion just to be sure…
I know that some STD can be transmitted during this way but I do not know which one. Should I do STD test also?
I had done my HIV and full STD test before 2 months – all clear.
He (as he told me) has done his HIV before 3 months (but should I believe?!) and about STD – I have no idea.
I fill bit worry and heavy.
Any opinion I appreciate.

Milton, someone else's report about their HIV testing and status is totally irrelevant in terms of being responsbile for your own status. It is only YOUR test results that matter. Sometimes even someone who is well intentioned doesn't really know his HIV status accurately.

However, in terms of these recent activities, nothing you did was risky and none of it required using condoms. The only real risks for transmission sexually are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. For everything else including any variations of masturbation and such which you have mentioned, the risk is strictly theoretical. In the real world of HIV it's about unprotected intercourse. So if you consistently use condoms for those activities you will be well protected.

Other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV. So we do advise anyone who's sexually active to regularly have a full STD panel. That means at least annually and more often if there are risky incidents.

This time you don't have any cause for concern about HIV.

Cheers.
