As is often so, the reader comments are worth a read. I hope this guy not only wins his campaign, but that it's determined if, in fact, the records were stolen or revealed and then that issue be dealt with accordingly and openly.

So, they have no idea who is behind this?  It would have to be someone he knows or who works at his doctor's office or knows someone who does, I would think.  Otherwise, how would they have this info?

Let's imagine.  First things first, of course the entire campus body will have forced gay bareback sex to get the AIDS.  That out of the way, what else?  How will the HIV+ gay student body president want to change the school? 

At Texax A & M, bible banging bigot students wanted to deny the use of their student fee toward the support of the LGBT center.

Until someone is caught, I would think the school would have to consider the possibility he did this himself.  I am not saying that is likely, but they would have to consider that.  We've seen people do things like that, so that would have to be ruled out.
