Ok, I did something dumb. Last night, I called over a Tranny and proceeded to blow him w/o protection. He didn't cum and I only did it for about 3-5 mins. He also fingered my ass w/o any protection.
What is my risk?
Thanks

My vote is for you're getting by just fine. In a study of poz/neg long-term couples where condoms were restricted to anal (nor oral) sex, none of the negs seroconverted.
Fingering is a no-risk activity.

As Bucko has indicated, there is much substantial evidence to indicate giving a blowjob is not a risk via longterm studies of sero-discordant couples. There has been some anecdotal evidence in a few cases that transmission occured through giving a blowjob. But those are not totally reliable. It's thought that giving oral might be riskier if you have bad oral care (bleeding gums) and/or ejaculation takes place orally.
So giving unprotected oral is a matter of what level of risk you're comfortable with. Given how common a sexual act it is, we would have known long before today if it was a significant risk.
In general we do recommend that anyone who's sexually active should regularly have a full STD panel done. That means at least annually and every six months would be even better.
This time out I don't see any cause for concern about what you have reported.

Thanks to you both very much. Much relieved.
