wash your patties

Howdy folks
Flu season never really came to a end here in Michigan this year.

I came down with a whopper of a bug 3 weeks ago, The doc. called it the flu and it felt like a case i had two years ago. For two weeks i just layed on the couch the only time i got up was to go to the bathroom or to the bed. THEN NEAR THE END OF IT I PULLED SOMETHING IN MY BACK DUE TO THE DRY HEAVES. I THOUGHT THIS JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER ALL THE TIME.
I lost ten pounds in 6 days.

I have been back to work for a week and i never thought i would be so happy to be back at work.

This was the first time i have been that sick while being on my own. It was kind of ruff going to the store when i had to go get a few things. But what they say about what does not kills you only makes you stronger. Guess its true.

Just remember to keep washing those hands, and stay well.

Good Advice.  We're buying hand sanitizer, by the case loads, this year, at work.

Hope your doing better. Stay Hydrated !
