missed my meds

Been on meds about about 15 months. Last night I woke at 3:30 am and found out I for got to take my meds about 5 hours earlier at 10:30pm. This is the first time I was more than 30 minutes late.
Should I be worried at all?

Myself, I would have taken them at 3:30,( even though it was 5 hours later), and then got back on schedule again, in the next few days.( but thats just me !) We're all going to miss a dose here and there. I know I have. The main problem I was having, was remembering an hour later, whether I took the pills or not. I have a much better system now, but it can still get a little confusing at times. I don't think you have anything to worry about. You should be back on track now !!

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57

Yes, I did take them at 3:30am, 5 hrs late. Then I just went back to my normal 10 pm that night.

I think it is not a problem.  Just get back on schedule and do stress over it.

Hey Metro,

No it's not a problem. As Dragon notes, just get back on schedule and you'll be fine. Missing meds really only becomes a problem when it develops into a pattern. So long as this is a one off, you needn't stress.
