Another year...
« on: October 02, 2013, 10:08:41 pm »
Not sure what to say at this point but another year has passed since the bug decided it wanted me to host him.

We have had our battles and I never really knew who was winning along the way.

Mostly I just ignored him.

He seems to be taunting me more lately but I still refuse to listen.

It's not denial.

Just self preservation.

Tomorrow brings another day.

Happy 31st Aidsversary to me. :)

Mark.

Mitch, Happy Aidsaversary.  That still sounds odd to say, but I think it is a huge deal.  You, and many others, give the more recent diagnosed hope.  I know you've had your problems, but you still seem to have a great outlook and you're keeping on, keeping on.

Here's to many more anniversaries!

Mitch;  A belated happy anniversary -- and wishing you the best every day. I am just a little over a year in on this journey and you are an inspiration.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and best wishes.

As for inspiration, I am getting mine from all of you. Each of us is fighting this little bugger in a personal way and yet we all have common battles. Knowing you all and hearing your stories makes it easier.

And is it "happy" or "merry" Aidsiversary? I wanna get my cards right.
