Hey all

OK here is a update on Blue. She has a broken right knee, broken ribs, cuts and bruises.

She is on major pain pills right now and l spoke to her about hour ago.

She is cracking jokes bad ones...As she said HIV was getting old, always wanted to get up close and personal with a car.

As for her partner he has broken leg in three places and the same thing cut and bruises.

Could have been a lot worse. One good thing Blue is healthy as one can be with HIV,her counts etc are good and she is strong. I am going to print this out and send it to her.

Thanks all from Blue and l for all your good thoughts,
Cherie

Hurray for bad jokes and pain pills!
Her finely-touched spirit had still its fine issues, though they were not widely visible. Her full nature, like that river of which Cyrus broke the strength, spent itself in channels which had no great name on the earth. But the effect of her being on those around her was incalculably diffusive: for the growing good of the world is partly dependent on unhistoric acts; and that things are not so ill with you and me as they might have been, is half owing to the number who lived faithfully a hidden life, and rest in unvisited tombs.

Good News ! Bluelove just called me from the hospital! She appears to me on the mend. She has several broken bones: It looks like she will be getting out of the hospital in a few days. She has several stitches, and the DR.'s are somewhat  concerned about infection...but no infections so far. She doesn't remember anything about what what happend. "Things got real bad, real fast" As she put it.
They found the fucking low life bastard son of a bitch that did this. Pardon my french but....

She also said to please thank everyone who  has sent her the well wishes! She feels bad that she can't thank you all personally, but I'm sure you all can understand.
So I'm really relieved. There are several more potential issues, but I tried to tell her to just worry about getting healthy. I reminded her that her family here at aidsmed are here for her so not to worry.
I must say, she talked allot about you all. It is clear to me that she loves this place!

So that's all for now! She hopes to get on here by this weekend hopefully. Go blue GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She is a fighter, and it's awesome to see!

Hi All,

I just left Blue at the hospital...Like Jeff said she is on the mend. She has a couple of casts, she really wanted a rainbow one.

I printed out this thread for her and she cried. She will deny it of course.I got to hug her and talk with her.She will be let out in the next few day's depends on what her Doctor's say.

So like Jeff said thank you from her to you all,

A special thank you to Jeff and Cherie for keeping us posted on the progress of Bluelove. It is a good thing to hear that she is getting out of the hospital and she is on the road to recovery.

BlueLove, you are in my thoughts and prayers for a miraculous healing.

Have the BEST Day!

Blue,

Honey, you didn't need to do this to get out attention!

Seriously, please know both you and your partner are in my thoughts and I am sending all the positive energy I can muster your way.

Just a side note, my mother lit a candle for you too.

Please get well soon, and your partner too.

BIG HUG,

Mark
