Trial of new drug london
« on: June 15, 2007, 07:28:02 pm »
My ID doc is looking for another 20 people to go on a trial for the new lipo drug. Its not approved by NICE but has FDA approval and therefore the teaching hospital she works for is looking for people to speed up its approval in uk. they are particularly looking for those of us with over 2 stone weight gain in a short space of time( me, 10 months big belly, lump on neck). Both women and guys wecome, she decideed to let me post this as doesnt want to invade privacy by becoming a member herslf. This should tell you something about her. Shes totally dedicated to research and helping her clients...shes brilliant, down to earth, but not a 'touchy feely' person! She describes this in jest as a ,cross between safe speed and an internal degreaser'...anyone interested, PM me and I'll give you details

Tigger,

for those who live in the metric system, how much is a stone?

also, do you have to live in the uk for this trial?

Hey Tigger,

Good luck with the trial.

Do you have the name of the drug?  and/or the name of the company trialling it?  Maybe they are trialling internationally, and others could check it out.

Roughly roundabout somewhere in the eighteenth or nineteenth century, Sodomite begat Homosexual out of moral, medical and legal models, bequeathing him Identity, who inbred with Nuclear Family and Industrialism to spawn Homophobia.

Ironically after further investigation, I cant take part because, (non named, just Pfizer, (sic) 107) contains ephedrine, which I cant take, due to high blood pressure, caused by....WEIGHT GAIN!
A stone is 14lbs. In total I've put on nearly 60lbs since start of meds
I will ask her today if I can get more info, and also from my partner who is now ironically working for a UK pharmaceutical company who import FDA approved but non UK (NICE) approved drugs for trials and those who can persuade their ID doc to give them a private prescription (£15 a time START price). If doc wont give the name up will get it from partner!
