Does anyone on here know of a way to fix excess collagen lumps or hard bumps formed from getting a lot of pmma?  Kenalog injections, scraping it out under the skin?  I just wanted to research before I agree to give this local p.s. $2G to try to scrape some of it out.  For the big bump on my right hip, he seems to think it is too diffuse over a large area to get that bump, but he could just scrape a little bit at the part that is on my pelvis.  I'm just not sure he will make enough difference so that I don't freak out about what I spent on it.  So was wondering if another way.  I think there should be a way to burn it off with a laser or freeze it off with some super cold cryo method, but of course that is just hypothetical.  They use these things to remove precancer things from skin, why can't they use some such method to burn or freeze off excess collagen or the hard bumps?  :'( Really want to fix the bad side effects of my filler.
