Title: Jeffrey W. Horigan, 10 February 2011
Post by: Miss Philicia on March 17, 2011, 05:49:25 pm
It is with bitter sadness that my local support group which is very small (never more than 10 attendees monthly) has lost not one but two long time regular "core" attendees within two weeks of each other.

Jeffrey W. Horigan, 39, of Phoenixville, Penn., passed away suddenly Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 at Phoenixville.

Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, at Annunciation Catholic Church in Frankfort.

Burial was in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Frankfort.

Jeff was born on Aug. 3, 1971, in Marysville, Kan., the son of John and Beth Horigan, of Frankfort, Kan. Jeff was an automobile aficionado and loved all things mechanical, especially German engineered cars. He worked as a BMW and Mercedes Benz mechanic for many years before declining health forced him to retire.

A major part of Jeff's life was his nieces and nephews. He loved them all and thoroughly enjoyed the time he was able to spend with them.

Besides his parents, survivors include: one brother, John M. Horigan of Grenada, West Indies; two sisters, Julie Horigan of Princeton, N.J., and Jill Faunce of Phoenixville; four nephews, Jake, Connor, Sam and Charlie; four nieces, Savannah, Lucy, Eliza and Iris; longtime companion, Diana Cervonne; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial will be designated later and may be sent in care of Padden Funeral Chapel, Frankfort, KS 66427.
