hang in ther endick..  I hate to say you are coming in at a good time.. (NEVER a good time for this sh*t).. but new meds are rolling out all the time.. The new integrase inhibitor is here now and thankfully with few reported side effects..  see how you respond to the meds.. they can act very quickly to get the VL down.. your t-cell count is actually pretty high for that number.. when I was first "officially" diagnosed I could name them..  my doc is even starting to sound excited about the buzz on eradication.. maybe a decade down the road but.. take courage.. more and more people (myself included) have survival rates over 25 years.. this monster is becoming more and more "manageable".. I used to have a trick.. I gave it a physical form.. a little gollum I kept chained up in  closet.. and every time I walked by that door I would open it and beat the crap out of it.. leave it whimpering.. you're in a good place here..
