Hi everybody. I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with sex worker 7 weeks ago. I did the PCR-RNA HIV test @ 4th week. Anti HIV test @ 6th week all are NEGATIVE. Should I need to do another Anti HIV test at 12th weeks. Thank you for any advices

Further testing is strictly for your peace of mind. Only unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse are confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV.
I certainly expect you to continue to test negative if you want to do that for your peace of mind. Otherwise it's unnecessary and you are HIV negative.

Thank you very much for your reply Andy Velez. I'm new member and from Vietnam. So sorry for my basic English. I had many abnormal symptoms such as lymph note, upset stomach, diarrhea, rash on chest 2-3mm... 3-5th week after the day exposure, I don't know these symptoms due to stress or HIV infection (symptoms are not to conclusive) but they make me scare. More over I have wife So I decided to do HIV test. I also did the Chlamydia, gonorrhea test 5 day after exposure and Syphilis 5 week after exposure : All Negative.
I know my exposure is low risk or 0 risk with HIV but it keeps hunting me :(

I'm not surprised at your negative test result because you had no risk for HIV. Condoms provide very effective protection against HIV transmission.
If you have any persistent symptoms you should discuss them with your doctor.
Like many other straying husbands and partners your worries seem to me to be really about guilt for having strayed. There is no basis in HIV science to be concerned about exposure to the virus in the incident as you have reported it. Guilt, well that is another matter. You did what you did and it can't be undone. Accept it, take a breath and get on with your life. That is best for all concerned.
You do need to remember that other STDs are easier to acquire than HIV. So if you are having sex outside of your marriage you ought to at least annually have a full STD panel done to make sure you haven't picked up something else. But as of now I don't see any cause for concern about HIV for you.

I promise with myself this is the first time and will be the last time I have sex outside of my marriage. Too risky. I have 3 more questions, could you please give me your ideal.
1. Beside my Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis tests (all negative) do I need to do other STDs test?
2. I asked my doctor, he said Syphilis should be test @ 8th week after exposure (my test @ 5th week). Is he right?
3. I asked 2 doctors (on STDs field) for Herpes test, they said can not test Herpes on blood, only from samples of lesions on the skin. Is it right?
I will keep updating all my tests result.

Our focus here is strictly on HIV, for which I repeat that you were not at risk.
Follow your doctor's recommendations re testing for other STDs. Hopefully all will remain negative for those as well.

Thank you for your reply Andy Velez,
I have one more question about my HIV tests. Combine my 2 HIV tests result can I have conclusive about my HIV status and have unprotect sex with my wife or I need to do Antibody test at 12th week.
(I had PCR RNA 4 weeks after exposure and Antibody HIV 6 weeks after exposure. All negative.)

Yes, you can have unprotected intercourse with your wife. You are conclusively hiv negative as you did not have a risk. Getting a blowjob is not a risk. Protected intercourse is not a risk.
You do not have hiv.

Hi everybody
I just want to update my Anti HIV test result @ 8th week after exposure: Negative.
With this result and the advices from Any and Ann makes me feel more comfortable now.

Hello Andy, Ann and everybody
First of all, I am apologize to bother you again.
I am back with my Anti HIV-ab test result @ 11th week + 5 day (82 days) after exposure: Negative
If we not assessment my exposure only from my test result (@ 11th week + 5 day). Can I have a totaly conclusive and do not need any more test.

You did NOT have a risk for hiv infection.
You are conclusively hiv negative.
You do NOT have hiv!!!!
