Welcome to Do I Have HIV?

Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

A seven-day subscription is $9.99, a 30-day subscription is $14.99 and a 90-day subscription is $24.99.

Anyone who needs to post more than three messages in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum -- including past, present and future POZ Forums members -- will need to subscribe, with secure payments made via PayPal.

Risk assessment please

I'm a guy and I had sex with a guy on holiday. He told me he was HIV+ before we had sex and I accepted that this shouldn't be an issue as long we use condoms. I topped him with a condom and then I bottomed for him. After bottoming I found I'd got a small cut just on the inside of my ass and there was a moderate amount of blood. Condoms were used for all penetration and were intact on removal. Neither of us ejaculated during penetration. We rubbed against each others front a fair bit afterwards while we were making out. I have HSV2.
Should I be concerned about HIV transmission?

Nothing you described is at any way a risk for HIV transmission.

Cool for you to use condoms! If you continue to do so you will easily avoid HIV.

You've also been posting here as toughtimes. You've been here long enough to know that having more than one account is expressly forbidden and that creating a new account is a bannable offence. I only approved your new account last night because I had to give the benefit of doubt that it was your partner joining us.

I can't believe you've stooped to these tactics. We've patiently held your hand and explained transmission issues to you, even to the point of permitting you to post in the Someone I Care About forum. More fool us.

You are now permanently banned.
