Spell Checker
« on: June 17, 2006, 11:38:59 am »
I love the spell check function of the new forum software.  In fact, it's the only real benefit I see as a user.  My spelling is normally pretty good, but my mind works way faster than my fingers... with typing, anyway  ;) ...  What's ironic to me is that the abbreviation 'poz' comes up as misspelled.  Is there any way it can be added to the dictionary?  Just a thought.  Have a great Saturday!

the spell check doesn't recognize the words a couple of words:

 "colonoscopy", which probably isn't used much;
and, oddly enough, it doesn't know the word "Sustiva" either

    most of you guys write post that read like beautifully well written novels. I type with my right index finger while sticking my tongue out to the left for balance. I love spell check ....It gives me a much needed false sense of security that maybe you all don't think I am a total idiot. ;D

David,

Just forget about the spelling, we will figure it out for you.  I am from Montreal, I rarely use English mostly French. So my prononciation, spelling and writting may be off a little, ok well a bit more.  :) ;) :D :-*  Oh by the way: I was tempted to click on the Spell Check button but resisted.
LIVE life to the fullest, then regret it! :)
