Hello once again,

please ignore some of the spelling mistakes as the key board is not funcioning properly and the Tleter is missing at more than one places.

Angel -- have you ever tried using this site's "cool tool" called "Check My Meds"?

http://www.aidsmeds.com/cmm/

I bet the database of drugs and supplements we use includes many of the vitamins you take -- so build your drug list, starting with your antivirals, then add all the vitamins you take (spelling them during the search will be important, but you can enter just the first few letters, then pick from the search results list).

Save your list using the Save button (which prompts you to create an account where your list is saved), then generate your own interactions report.

Again, you might not find everything you're taking in our database, but you should be able to find quite a few.

On a personal note, there's little science to show that taking this many supplements is helpful for a person living with HIV, and there's some science showing some dangers with a strategy like this.  I just take a common multivitamin, along with some extra selenium and fish oil (both of which has been studied with people with HIV).  With a list as long as yours, there's just no knowing if you are playing with fire, and messing with the bioavailability of your antivirals.  My advice -- keep it simple.

Dear Peter,

thanks for your useful advice and i will try to cut down on it. However i just wanted to point out that from vitamin d to boron is part of 1st multivitamin which , iam taking.beta carotene to copper is 2nd multivitamin and the last one is saw palemetto by gnc company.the first multivitamin , iam taking in the evening dose and 2nd one along with saw palmetteo in the morning. The idea behind 2nd multivitamin is nothing but to take extra selenium which does not come here on stand alone basis.
Even i want to cut down on this , if the dose of 150 mcg selenium is ok ; then i vl remove the 2nd multivitamin from my dose list.i vl be waiting fr yr suggestion.
