Sani
During the past 20 years that I have been HIV positive.....my TCells were at their highest when I began a new love relationship and was having lots of sex. If you want my opinion:  you can have as much sex as you want. If you are feeling well and have sex with a partner who loves you that can only help your overall health.

I agree with Bear.  Sex (done safely) can only help your immune system.  I'm a very erotic person and enjoy sex.  There's nothing wrong with that.  Have as much as you want; but, safely. :)
