I feel bad for the woman . It seems she made it onto the shit list of every police dept that she lives near and every thing she does ends up under the microscope .

It seems like the courts and police dept have decided that she needs intense intervention while other stars and regular folks are allowed to self destruct without all the fanfare .

Im not sure what my point is here except for the fact that Lindsay seems to have gotten herself under the same kind of scrutiny as the three strikes your out kind of criminal where even the smallest wrong move puts her back to square one .

'10 Lilo's ankle bracelet with alcohol monitor signal's she was drinking at an MTV awards after party.  Declared in violation of probation AGAIN.

'10 probation revoked after she failed a drug test which found cocaine in her system.

'11 probation revokedAGAIN after she fails to perform her community service obligations.

Enough is enough.

I feel sorry for her too. But shit, keep clean on your probation, do what your told and get this behind you. Even if you live under a microscope you cant get arrested if you stay straight.

1) agreed about her being under the microscope, no matter her own part in that becoming her bread and butter. But she earned her place on urban police shit lists.

2) well that is a novel perspective.  However, as Willy points out, most onlookers feel that she HASN'T received her due jail time nor sufficient substance abuse intervention.  I mean, look at the poor dear...

3)  she seems too high to manage to keep her partying and recklessness below the radar.

I don't know enough about her kinds of crimes and misdemeanors to understand if the judges have let her off easy or not. 

See looks like she needs to go away, rest, refuel, and find some power and purpose as an artist.  She was, and could have remained a successful artist.

Poor gurl , shes being singled out for being a normal young woman ... This is America where one should be able to become a broken down drug addicted starlet without with out fear of police harassment . Anna Nicole was able to live her dream .

Of course it could be argued that Im totally bored and don't believe a single word Im writing . I trolling this thread and now will give myself a 10 minute time out from posting .

She got off her plane, saying she was concerned the plane had a fuel leak.  Reports say some other passengers also got off the plane.  If the plane did have problems, it may help her.  However, the judge may be tired of the excuses, and you're suppose to make sure you're back in time--give yourself plenty of time in case travel issues do happen. 

You can blame her parents for how she turned out.  Sadly, bad parents are why so many kids end up troubled.  I have been around long enough to see kids with bad parents.  I knew most of them would end up troubled in their teens and early 20's, and that is exactly what has happened to them now.  But, you can only blame your parents for so long, before taking responsibility.  For example, I know my alcoholic father, domestic violence, and how my mom put up with it, plays a huge part in the person I am.  But, I have to deal with that.  I have to accept the cards I was dealt and move forward.
