mistake made...
« on: February 26, 2012, 03:07:57 pm »
I am postive 17 years not 15 as I last wrote in here. I have been positive since march 8, 1995. I don't really pay attention to the dates or labs anymore, I just hear I am doing OK and that's good enough for me.
The only problem I have is that I gained weight. And it takes me a while to think about things, I guess my memory. When I stand up too quickly I get dizzy and have to stand or sit still for a few seconds.
Other than that I am fine.
I also have a daughter who is HIV negative and I was positive while prergnant for her. I am also married to a super sexy man who is 14 years older than I am. He is also positive.
So I have done two things people told me I could not do. Have a noraml family life or children.
My next goal is to get a career and private insurance.

Welcome.  It's always great to achieve things that people tell you that you can't!  Congratulations on your daughter, and your super sexy husband.  I could use one of the latter!

Cheers,

Henry

Hi Idee, welcome!  Do you know what your blood pressure is?  Mine was low in the past, and when I stood up fast I got dizzy.  Sometimes I still do depending on what angle I put my head at.

Congrats on the family and the man.  Look forward to hearing more!

Thanks. I have always had low blood pressure at my appointments. But I will bring it up at my next appointment.
