Broken Condom - CSW - Risk Assesment, Very Worried!

First let me add that I´ve been reading your forum for 3 days in a row and you sure seem to be very informed and knowledgeable, I know this question has been around for a while but I wanted to expose my case just to ease my mind and also keep track on this story for future reference (which I hope turns out good)

I´m a 27 y/o Heterosexual white male from Panama City, Central America, during my bachelor party (March 15th 2013) we went to a strip club/brothel in the city, quite famous and visited, neither the expensive or the cheapest one, "to get a girl for me" (what an idiot).

During that I had an encounter with a colombian girl, she put the condom on and started performing oral, she used lubricant on her vagina and when I got half erect we engaged on vaginal sex for 5-8 minutes before I pulled out and she noticed that the condom was broken and told me to stop, i was ontop

I really dont know for how long it stayed that way, I think it was for the last half of the intercourse since it was very brief (less than 8 minutes).

She seemed very calm about the situation and offered to change the condom and asked me if I ejaculated inside her, which I replied no, I didnt ejaculate at all.

I totally freaked out and checked on the condom which I noticed had a small hole on the tip. My glans was still covered in part but I´m afraid my urethra was exposed, I know it´s a weird way of a condom failure but that´s how it happened, I think because I didnt pressed the tip or checked for air trapped because I was kinda drunk also(big mistake) but remember everything.

Since I freaked out I didnt really asked her about her status and just got dressed and left the room in panic.

I´m fully aware that this places test their girls for STD´s/HIV, just don´t know how often, also these girls can sleep with 10 people in one night so having a condom failure on these kind of places is pretty scary. I´m also aware that they use condom on ALL the people they have sex with and regularly don´t do anal, here IV drugs are extremely expensive so I would rule out that.

I would love to have her tested but I´m afraid the only thing I forgot about the events was her name (if I wasnt that freaked out I´ll just have asked her cellphone and name so we could go together for testing but I didnt ) ! and on that place work like 25 girls so it´s impossible for me to have her tested right now 

Having described my situation I would like to
1)Asess my risk w/u guys(chances of being infected w/HIV)
2)When can I have an HIV test done to ease my mind?
3)I´m also uncircumsized that would increase the risk?
4)unprotected sex w/fiancee is a NO right? (I´m planning to play it safe anyways and have protected sex w/her)
5)When can I have urine tests for clamydia, gonorrhea and other STD´s? -3 Days, no symptoms.
6)Do I have a chance on catching those?

I get married in 11 weeks, I know this was foolish but I really tried to keep it safe but this unfortunate accident happened and now I´m getting all anxious about it.

I know in all your years on the forum you have never seen the insertive partner end up positive after a condom breakage, right?

Any help would be deeply appreciated

You are correct in that over the ten plus years I have been answering questions on this forum I have yet to see an insertive partner test positive over a condom break.

However, small a risk though it was, it was still a risk and yes, you ought to get tested.

It would be a great idea to get an entire SDT panel done in three months, as syphilis shares the three month testing window with HIV. Obviously if you experience symptoms (burning when urinating, discharge, et al) then of course get tested and, if necessary, treated for an STD.

HIV is notoriously difficult to catch - but other STDs are far more robust. However, they can also remain asymptomatic (or in the case of syphilis, can present in the form of a small chancre that is often painless and goes unnoticed.) That's why I suggest a complete STD panel in three months. During which time I would not recommend unprotected sex with your fiancee, of course.

Just wanted to update my status past six weeks following my accident.

It hasnt been easy, but managing anxiety by working a lot and keeping my mind occupied has worked very well.

Tested @6 weeks ELISA ANTIBODY TEST and was HIV NEGATIVE.

This eases my mind a lot!! never had symptoms for any other disease (chancre, sores or anything like it) got tested anyways for syphilis and HSV II, also negative.

You mean his three month mark? He's already posted his six week result - negative - and we both know that means he's highly unlikely to test positive at three months. He was unlikely to test positive over this situation anyway, but hiv isn't something to guess or make assumptions about.

Worried, it's good that you also tested for herpes and syphilis (syphilis shares a three month window with hiv for a conclusive result), but make sure you also test for things like chlamydia and gonorrhea as well.
