Title: Post 3 month Elisa Antibody Negative

Heloo...Everybody.....I'm not a very sexually active male but i did fool around a few months ago...however after 3 months i summed up the courage to test myself.....the antibody test has come out negative...i haven't tested for any other std's though.....where do u think i stand????
I did hear about some Viral load tests...however i did not have the money to get tested by them as they are quite expensive.....
Would like some honest opinions so that i could forsee a course of action??
