I was diagnosed in March of 2008..  I had a viral load of 114,000 and a cd4 level of 260.  As of December, I am undetectable with a cd4 level of 326.

I usually take my Sustiva/Truvada around 6:30pm....with dinner.  I think if I were to take my meds right before bed, I would forget.  Never had a problem with taking them with dinner.  Sometimes I may feel light headed (or sorta buzzed like when you're drinking) for a short amount of time.
