Lisa, had a full head of hair until Jan got done with her. Nothing better than a good cat fight. I hope someone got a pic of Lisa hitting Jan with her boobs and almost putting Jan on the floor. It was going to be a K/O on the first round.

Inquiring minds just have to know the outcome. Both Jan and Lisa are highly skilled, impeccably trained Nurses. Technically, my money would be on Lisa because of her volunteer work to help supply people living with HIV, the medications they need... But, Jan has that quiet look, never forgets anything, probably has a left hook AND she has been training Med Students on the risks of Bloodborne Pathogen transmission. In my book, this is a tough call. Have the best day

If this post isn't flame-baiting, I can't imagine what would be. If some incident occurred at AMG 07 between you two, then you either explain your sides, or don't post in the first place. Knowing you both I cannot imagine what would provoke such a confrontation, but if it happened and you want to discuss it here, then share the facts. Defamation through innuendo is beneath you both.

The ladies are having a laugh. The thread was obviously meant as a joke, regardless of whether or not most of us actually got the joke.

As a participant at the memorial service at the AIDS Memorial Grove, let me assure everyone that Jan started this thread as a joke. There was nothing but love, affection, and reverence at the ceremony. Maybe Lisa stroked Jan affectionately with her Gerbera daisy, and Jan took the joke from there.
If there was any example of ill will at AMG 2007, I didn't see it and I didn't hear of it.
This is a good example of how difficult it is to convey nuances of tone on the internet. Sometimes people use emoticons to show that they're just kidding, but obviously they are not always successful.
Edited to add:
Jan is currently in Las Vegas, away from her computer, which is probably why she hasn't responded herself.

Oh, it was a joke, for sure. AMG 07 was a major hug fest. We shared tears...and we share laughter too.
Don't mean to be dramatic here but I've never seen the likes of so many newly acquainted in such unison.
Jan and Lisa will have a laugh with this thread.

I've actually been stunned that there have seemingly been NO "drama" threads after this year's AMG.

I feel the need the chime in here. This was most definitely a joke. What simply happened was Lisa when to reach around Jan to give her a hug. When doing so she accidentally knocked Jan in the face. Plane a simple. And we all got a good laugh out of it. While the memorial may not be the place for jokes, the memorial was also a celebration of life. And what is life with a good laugh?
Also, everyone is invited to ride the wave that was AMG 07. However, I won't allow anyone, particularly non participants of this years event, to ruin the goodtimes that all participants are still basking in by posting any type of drama. The pictures and posts from this years participants are testimony of the success and meaning of AMG 07.

Just because we are inflicted with this disease doesn't mean we can't have fun, laugh and cry and boy did we ALL do a little of it in San Francisco. I guess if you weren't there, you wouldn't understand.

well, it did take 6 days for anyone to explain what the joke was. Obviously it was an "inside" joke and just went over the heads of us that weren't at the AMG. ::)

I don't really think that there were really any disagreements, arguments, etc among any attendees. I was honestly amazed at how well everybody got along, and how well the whole event was planned. Thanks need to go to all attendees and especially to those who planned - Jan, Alan, Dennis, Allan, Grants Committee, and others that I'm sure I missed.

Sorry about that, Ann. I'll amend my previous post so it can return to being light-hearted. Now, I did wonder about Dennis when I sprayed him with beer. You shoulda seen the look he gave me! You know, about how 'if looks could kill' and all. ;)

We never meant to cause this much ill will.
Anybody who knows me, knows that my hands are frenetically animated whenever I talk.
I accidently fwapped sweet Jan in the face while we were standing around, kissing, hugging, and communing after the service. We just got to giggling about what a romp it would be to post this as a little lighthearted joke. I know Jan probly doesn't have access to a computer while she is still on the second part of her junket, but I'm fairly confident that she would tell you the very same thing.
As the service was reverent, it was also a celebration of life, and the absolute miracle it was that we had all come from different parts of the world, and a diversity of lives, to enjoy this beautiful bond, and incredible fellowship.
Alas, I have fallen in love all over again.
No ill will was ever intended.
I am still pretty wiped out from the trip, but will post more, and my pics in a day or two, after getting a tad more rest. Kisses to all my beloved brethren here. Those who missed this gathering, missed out on an incredible love fest. My heart is still soaring.

I didn't go to the AMG but I also didn't take this thread seriously. I just laughed at the thought of it being true but deep inside I knew it was a joke. It was for fun only. The guys were just being naughty and having some mischievous humor. I did enjoy the mental image that came to my mind at some comments here! :D

Catman, I do have a picture of Lisa's 48dsssssssssss. If Lisa would have hit anyone with them there would have been a death. You know that is the reason she never grew. Her boobs took all her height away from her. :D
