Odd side effect

Several years ago when I was in low-CD4 territory my doctor put me on Azithromycin and I don't remember having any side effects from it.

So last week when I had a sinus infection I didn't hesitate when the doctor (urgent care, not my regular doc) prescribed Azithromycin.

It did clear the sinus infection right up, but WOW, I've never experienced stinky gas like I had while I was taking the antibiotics.

Anybody else ever have that experience with Azithromycin?

Fortunately I'm finished with the antibiotic and everything is back to normal in that department now.
