Letting aside the oral sex as a risk shitstorm for a moment, if you truly believe you got HIV through oral sex, yet you do not disclose when you let other guys go down on you, you are practicing very similar behavior to that which you claim infected you.

Notwithstanding that non-disclosure is illegal in many states, and that this site is searchable, you are opening a can of worms that I suspect you would rather not see delved into.

Disclose or not, at your peril and according to your conscience. My opinions on every scintilla of this post are a matter of tedious and repetitious record.

I can say that if I decided I got HIV from being kissed, I sure as hell would not kiss someone without disclosing. But that's just me.

"Many people, especially in the gay community, turn to oral sex as a safer alternative in the age of AIDS. And with HIV rates rising, people need to remember that oral sex is safer sex. It's a reasonable alternative."

In this day, with all the prosecutions on a weekly basis, I would not admit to not disclosing in a public and searchable forum.  I'm sure these prosecutors are very aware of sites like this.  As you'll find out, most just don't believe HIV via oral happens.  I know it is a really low risk, but I don't believe people can say it never happens.  I think it would depend on the person's VL and whether you had cuts/wounds in your mouth.  I hear people swear they only did oral and got it that way.  Others will say there have only been one or two documented cases and those people had advanced gum disease.  Others say it isn't possible, because saliva would kill the virus.  I'm not sure we can say saliva will always kill the virus--especially if the person had a huge VL.

My partner often bites his lip while eating causing it to bleed.  If he sucked my dick, then I don't see why he couldn't get infected that way.  It would seem like a good route of transmission if everything fell into place just right--or just wrong.  If you're UD, then the chances of you infecting someone is extremely low.  I still think you should disclose as I believe that is the right thing to do.  However, you'll have to decide what is right for you and make your own moral judgments.

Now you know why I never sit down on toilet seats.
