Hi there I recently received oral sex from somebody with an unknown status and then proceeded to give a handjob but he did not ejaculate. However I may have got some of his pre-ejaculate on my hands which had peeled back cuticles. Prior to this event I definitely did not have any STDs. Is it necessary to get tested for HIV or can I continue with a healthy and safe sex life?
Thanks very much.

Getting a BJ is not a risk for HIV nor is hand jobs . HIV is fragile and cant be transmitted outside the human body in that manner .
HIV is transmitted sexually from unprotected vaginal and anal , use condoms correctly and consistently for those two activity's and you will avoid HIV , it really is that simple .

So no need for testing then, even with possible small cuts?
Thanks a million.

No need for testing over this incident , however you should be having sexual health checkups yearly or more . Don't forget to checked for all stds and HIV , stds can be present without symptoms and are much easer to catch than HIV .
You do not need testing for this specific incident .
