So I am a 22 years old African American male who started HIV treatment (Sept 1, 2013) and I am/was a nervous wreck!
These were my numbers when I started 3 months ago:
Viral load 15,000
CD4 472
Today I got my results and the numbers are unbelievable and I am so elated
Viral load UNDETECTABLE :-)
CD4 684
I have been on complera and it has worked wonders and I am so happy! Best Xmas gift ever and I just have to say sometimes it's hard to remember to take these pills and sometimes we want to give, but days like these are what we hope to see!
