Peter Jackson, the director of Lord of the Rings, lost 50 lbs with a diet of muesli and yogurt.  If you are as overweight as he and have HIV (which obviously you do) I would personally never attempt a major fad diet such as this, definitely not without seeing a nutritionist, and one who specifically works with HIV patients.

Why are you considering such a thing?

Do you mean a diet of nothing but muesli?

Sorry I meant muesli only which is nothing but breakfast cereal having oats, fruits and nuts introduced by Swiss people. This mistake occured because the keyboard is not working properly.

In fact the musli  power is Indian herbal Aphrodisiac increasing sexual power ;). But this is not certified by Medical council.

So the difference is there between what I wrote and what I intended to write initially. No harm trying this also ;)

It's probably as good for your health as eating a handful of nuts and fruits might but will it slow down the HIV virus?  Likely not.  But it does taste good.

Karl Lagerfeld swears that a diet of baby food does wonders for a pair of skinny jeans.

Muesli with yoghurt is one of the healthiest breakfasts you can have. Oat contains plenty of soluble fibres which make your gut smile.

Don't buy any of the premade Kelloggs crap, it's overpriced and there's far too much sugar in it. You can prepare your own muesli with just some fine oat flakes, fresh fruits of the season, some dried fruits like dates or cranberries, nuts as you like and of course milk and yoghurt. Yummy!
