« on: October 21, 2006, 07:09:29 pm »
Since I have joined here, I have been trying to figure out how to graph my labs. I have followed the instructions on the page, so please don't ask me to do this again. I get the error message that my email address is taken. I even tried an alternated email addy and it says the same thing. When I try to email tech support my outlook opens, wtf? Any help would be appreciated..... ???

Queen Akasha,

Sorry don't know what to tell you. I just went there and entered my email and it worked just fine for me. Hopefully someone else can figure out what the problem is. I really like that feature here. Can look up Hubby's labs without dragging out the notebook.

Hugs
Teresa

Queen ,

You may want to try getting hold of the moderators, to see what the problem may be. Perhaps they can help you get it corrected, if it is an error with your email address. You can email them from the link below :

mailto:editors@aidsmeds.com

Or you can go to this page, go to the bottom of page, click on the link to email ...

Are you using the same email address you used to sign up for the forums and the password for your forum account?  That's what I just did and it worked for me.

Send the email that Ray gave....they should be able to look into your account and see why it's not working.
