Hey! Stop with that threatening stuff either to yourself or to another person. Really.

Technically you ought to have tested at 3 months for a conclusive result negatively. It is beyond unlikely that you would test positive after a negative at 11 weeks. I suggest you re-test at 13 weeks to remove any doubts about your negative status.

For this time and for the future you need to know you are responsible for your own health. So the one to be angry at is yourself for not having put a condom on for intercourse. And as long as you always use a condom properly everytime for intercourse you will be well protected.

No exceptions. Use one everytime.

Nick,

If you threaten anyone with killing them here again, you will be permanently banned. You need to learn how to take responsibility for your own health and well-being.

Look, it doesn't matter what she says. If you had unprotected intercourse, then you've been at risk for hiv infection - and you only have yourself to blame. You need to assume ANYONE you have sexual relations with is hiv positive and protect yourself accordingly by using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse.

The earliest you should test is at six weeks. The vast majority of people who have actually been infected will seroconvert and test positive by six weeks with the average time to seroconversion being only 22 days.

A six week negative must be confirmed at the three month point, but is highly unlikely to change.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Nick,

Sorry, I was so pissed off with your attitude when I read...

i am going mad ,i will top myself if im pos plus kill the woman

that I forgot you said...

i had 1 week duo test+neg 6 week duo test +neg and 11 week+neg.

You have a better chance of winning the Wednesday and Saturday night lotteries, AND the EuroMillions lottery - all in the same week - than you have of your eleven week negative changing.

You do not have hiv and I agree with your GUM clinic - you don't need further testing.

In future, use your big head to think with instead of your little one and use a condom if you're going to have sex outside your marriage.

Nick,

Your red penis/urethra has nothing to do with hiv. Hiv will not make your penis turn red.

If you're worried about your penis, go show it to someone in the GUM clinic. It has nothing to do with a virus you do not have.

I've already told you that your eleven week negative is NOT going to change.

You do NOT have hiv.

This is really about your guilt and post-straying anxiety.

Guilt is the issue and not HIV.

Whatever is going on with redness or whatever on your penis has nothing to do with HIV. Get it checked out.

For future reference you should know that HIV is much harder to transmit from female to male than the other way around. So your risk was relatively low to being with although low risk is not the same as no risk. So condoms are always a must.

And like Ann I would consider your negative at 11 weeks to be an HIV all clear.

Your mind is just going wild with a lot of what ifs.

If you can't let go of these unwarranted fears then see a counselor or other professional to discuss them. We cannot help you with that in this setting. All we can tell you is that HIV is not your problem.

If you had unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex then you need to obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.

http://www.bhiva.org/documents/Guidelines/Testing/GlinesHIVTest08.pdf
Post testing
Page 11
The need for a repeat HIV test if still within the window period after a specific exposure should be discussed. Although fourth generation tests shorten the time from exposure to seroconversion a repeat test at three months is still recommended to definitively exclude HIV infection.

I've merged your threads here. As is stated in the opening thread of this section, members are to keep all of their entries in one single thread.

You started a new thread as if no one had ever responded to you previously. You've already been told you have received a reliable negative result. Stop with the drama about HIV. It's not your problem. But if you continue to come back here with more of the same when we know you're negative, you are very quickly going to find yourself getting a Time Out from the site.

Consider yourself warned. Stop with all of this unwarranted upset and get on with your life. Really.

Why do you ask the same questions over and over again? Do you not read the replies?

Like the one from ANN right before your post?

We are here to provide information, which we have done. We are simply not prepared for, nor do we entertain the thought of constantly reassuring people who seem to disregard everything we take the time to type.

You've had no risk. You are negative.

Get over it.

I have flagged your post for review by the moderators.

If you have symptoms that are concerning you that is something to discuss with your doctor. You are HIV negative and whatever is going on with you symptomatically has nothing to do with HIV.

There is nothing more we can do for you here since our focus is strictly on HIV and that's not a problem for you. I am also going to warn you that if you continue to return here with more what ifs and buts about HIV, you are going to very quickly finding yourself getting a Time Out from the site. HIV is not your problem.

Cut it out and get on with your life.

Nick,

I removed the post you left  in someone else's thread (and the subsequent replies) and merged them here, in your own thread - WHICH IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU ARE PERMITTED TO POST!

I'm giving you that time out you've been warned about - because you haven't been listening to a single thing said to you either regarding following our posting rules or regarding the fact that your negative result is NOT going to change.

Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.
