Slew of Flu

Don't know if anyone can answer this really but....

I'm positive, healthy, physically active, but not a super quantity of t-cells (~450) but I've never had a lot of those anyway.  I was treated before I developed antibodies and very rarely miss my dose.

Here's the question:  I manage, coordinate and implement the flu prevention campaign for a major metro area.  I will be repeatedly exposed to "high risk" populations at our mass clinics.  I will get my seasonal flu shot of course, but I'm wondering if I should be worried about being exposed to H1N1?  It's a huge part of my job so I don't know how much choice I have even if the risk was high.  Thoughts?

Talk to your doctor about how close you will be getting to people with swine flu.

If you are in "close contact" (s)he may want to put you on Tamiflu or Relenza.

The CDC published special guidelines on swine flu for people with HIV and updated them earlier this month http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/hiv_flu.htm
