Hi all - I'm new here
« on: October 02, 2007, 06:55:03 am »
 :-*

Helloooo there! Actually I'm not really new.....I just haven't visited in like 5 years. I'm a 32 year old woman originally from Zimbabwe but now living in South Africa. Found out I was positive in 1996 so have been living with the disease (knowingly) for about 11 years now. I'm healthy, I'm on meds and currently my counts are excellent. I'll be married 5 years in December - hubby is hiv negative. He's been a pillar of strength and has really been my knight in shining armour.

Well thats a brief intro on me. I'm hoping to make a lot of new chat buddies and hopefully will also make some really good pals along the way.

Good Morning Tamika and Welcome Back!

I believe you could contribute some insights to a woman who posted in Living With HIV who's looking for input about serodiscordant relationships.  As I write, I don't recall the exact thread name, but it's quite obvious. I think her screen name contains letters like smrn or something close.

Thanks ladies. I look forward to a long stay this time around. My deepest, deepest desire at the moment is to have a baby and after read

Tendai ndeipi shamwari? Yes I'm lucky I'm out of Zim though my family is still there - but by God's Grace we somehow survive don't we?

Emaraldize I've seen that threat and will contribute my two cents worth

I to an pretty new to this website and forum and so far have only met one woman who I speak with (confused me) she is a wonderful woman and even tho she is so new with this issue and i have been with it since 1993 we understand each other and can speak freely which is so helpful with this HIV walk. I would love to get to know more of you and try to go online more to do just that.  Bye for now. aserenityseeker  aka Dawn
