Hi, I'm a guy who have just sexed with a guy (anal) without the use of a condom I also gave him a blowjob and cummed over me.... I asked him if he ever have an intercourse with a girl, and he answered no he only kissed one.....so am I at the risk of having an HIV or not?

and another thing is....
I gave a handjob to a guy, and cummed at my hand, this guy had an intercourse with three girls(all with protection).... so do I have the risk of having an HIV or not...

please help me ASAP.... I'm so confused and scared.... THANK YOU very much for your HELP

Unprotected anal sex (insertive or receptive) is most certainly a risk for HIV infection. You need to be tested for HIV and other sexually transmissible infections as well.

HIV testing has a window period of 13 weeks which means that you will need to have the HIV test 13 weeks from the date of your sexual encounter.

It doesn't matter whether your partner has had sex with women or not, you still need to be tested. Kissing is not a risk for HIV transmission nor is giving guys handjobs. It's unprotected anal and vaginal sex that is the problem.

You should see a doctor or visit your local sexual health clinic to arrange the necessary tests.

Hey our anal sex didn't even last for 3 minutes, the guy didn't also cummed.....but when I gave him a blowjob
(this is another meeting with him) he cummed over me.... I tasted a little bit of his cum but I didn't swallow it?

Really, forget about him cumming over you and you getting some in your mouth. That isn't the problem here.

Your problem is the unprotected bum fucking. THAT is a real risk for HIV transmission. It doesn't matter that he didn't blow in you, HIV can be transmitted via unprotected anal sex even if your partner doesn't cum in you.

You have to take this seriously. You need to be tested AND you need to stop letting other guys fuck you in the backside without using condoms.

How can you say for sure that you're his first sexual partner? Because he told you?

When it comes to HIV you should never take somebody else's word for their status, nor should you make assumptions about their sexual history.

In a situation like yours we assume that your sexual partner was HIV positive and recommend testing.

You need to be tested for HIV and other STDs. Whether you do this or not is a matter for you.

Stop using all capital letters in your entries. Doing that is considered the equivalent to shouting and is rude when writing here. We can get your messages very clearly without your doing that.

The only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. If you consistently use condoms for those activities you will be well protected against HIV transmission.

Your saliva contains over a dozen elements and proteins which very effectively prevent the transmission of viable HIV. HIV is a fragile virus. It is not transmitted by handjobs no touching nor ejaculation on the skin. l

Why are you worried about his cum in your mouth. You say your 100% sure you're his first sexual partner. If you're not worried being infected by him fucking you in the arse then I fail to see why you worry about catching HIV from tasting his semen.

In any event your questions have been answered. You were at risk and you need to be tested. Until or unless you do that I do not see what else we can do for you.

You DO need to worry. You have had unprotected anal intercourse. I don't care what you think you know about this man's hiv status, you absolutely CANNOT know his status unless you have tested together with him, after being in a securely monogamous relationship for at least three months before testing.

You need to test at three months following the unprotected anal intercourse. There's nothing more we can tell you.
