This is a fairly thick booklet, technical but well explained. It is available as a PDF to download (1.7 Mb).

Newt,

I'm having a problem downloading the pdf. I've always liked the TAG pipeline report. Did you get any pop-ups when downloading? I've got the blocker on but the report won't download. There's enough room on my computer. No problems with other pdfs. Any ideas?

Just right click it and save as.  It worked for me (and it looks mighty nice in my Kindle DX; I'll be reading this as the week goes by).

Ps./ Thanks Matt.

Yeah the price went down significantly about a month after I got mine (I contacted Amazon and they actually refunded the difference; gotta love them).  I love this gadget more than anything; the DX is better because of its size (perfect to view PDF files such as scholarly journals and certain illegal book torrents).

Thanks for posting the report, Matt.

I thought this was interesting,  a once monthly injection doesn't sound too bad, compared to daily meds:

The once-daily low-dose (25mg) rilpivirine formulation supports easier development in FDCs, including the Gilead-led formulation with tenofovir/FTC mentioned above. If current bioequivalence studies are successful, this could see regulatory submission for FDCs before the end of 2010. Additionally, a slow-delivery formulation requiring an injection every four weeks is currently undergoing pharmacokinetic studies, potentially for both postexposure prophylaxis and treatment indications.

As an aside, this report is so clearly written. Koudos to the writer(s).
