Who is the cover model on the Sept 2005 issue of POZ?

It looks like an actress from the TV show "THE UNIT".

I gave a huge gigantic pile of magazines--dating back from 2004 to the Recycling plant earlier this week--that issue was one of the ones I threw away! But I don't think it is that girl from The Unit (though I agree it does look a lot like her!)--I don't think she's ever said she had HIV and while I couldn't blow up the picture of that cover--there looks like there is one of those things that say a quote, their name, and when they were diagnosed by her picture.
