I think it arises out of ancient religious and legal doctrines. For example, to prove rape you had to prove ejaculation. But, where a condom prevented the full trespass - remember, women were property at this time, no crime. And, I understand that when Queen Victoria was presented with two laws - one outlawing gay sex and one outlawing lesbian sex, she did not sign the lesbian bill declaring that "there was no such thing."

This, whilst amusing, is indeed a myth. Victoria was never asked to give the Royal Assent to a bill outlawing lesbian sex because it was felt by a majority of the Privy Council that raising such a topic with the Queen was indecent.

Keisha must have dropped him off at home because I talked to him around 12 EST. He was walking to some low-life dive for a few brewskies. You know, I have a beautiful 18K (or is it 24?) gold rosarie I paid tons for years ago and I need to get it repaired as a link broke on it. It's been on my "To Do" list for about 2 years. I need to actually write these things down... I have so many things that need repair work. My Gucci boots need a total resole-ing and yes I wear them all the time, they aren't showy.

As I said to my mother in 2001 when I discovered that Miss Cleo was not Jamaican, and in fact... from California (a day that I will always remember as the one where I lost my innocence)... "If we can't trust Miss Cleo, who the fuck can we trust?"
