Have a good night!

You were leaning in to speak to me
Acting like a mover shaker
Dancing to Madonna then you kissed me
And I think about it all the time

Sweet dreams.

Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Lord my soul to keep,
If I should die before I wake,
I pray the Lord my soul to take.

That was the prayer I said every night as a child. There was wooden a plaque in my bedroom with the words and a picture cute little lamb. After years of recitation I eventually realized what the words meant and just how morbid and creepy it was.

Wolfter, I pray you don't die in your sleep and have your soul stolen.

That prayer was a little creepy Ford, this is the one I used to say at bed-time:

Father in heaven, hear my prayer.
Keep me in your loving care.
Be my guide in all I do.
Bless all those who love me too.

Good night sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite... ;)

That prayer always reminds me of Metallica's "Enter Sandman".  The video had this creepeh looking old fart who stole chirrens' souls.
