CD4--491  ;D
%---  24   :)
VL---55,000 >:(

Gives me a few more months, but the doc wants me back in 2 mo's.

When I had my last 507 CD4 result, I stopped taking Selenium supplements (for no reason, really, they just smell bad ;) ). After getting the 372 cd4 reult, I started them up again, and now I'm at 491. So they'll remain in my morning vitamin regimen.

That's the news, and the BF and I are going very strong ;D

Well, envious of that CD4 count - that's just great. And like me you're pretty stable on the CD4% score. Just need to hammer that VL down a bit - hopefully it will happen of its own accord but I definitely think the evidence supports taking selenium supplements.

Also pretty envious on the BF score...  ;)

good number mr.longislandicetea ;o). I started selenium as well and my number went from 190 to 355 to 488 in 6 months. I am sure I can thank my meds kaletra/truvada for them but maybe my magic vitamains. ;o)
